Payment and Cancellation Policy
This page explains winrankbid's final-sale policy for paid promotional placements.
winrankbid sells digital promotional placement on a public leaderboard. Because the service is delivered immediately after payment confirmation by updating a public ranking, all paid promotional placements are final once delivered.
No-Refund Policy After Delivery
Once a payment is confirmed and the promoted listing is published or updated on the leaderboard, the digital promotional service is considered delivered and the payment is non-refundable. This is the same commercial model used by many paid listing, sponsored placement, and attention-market products: the customer purchases visibility on our page, not a guaranteed outcome, fixed rank duration, prize, or traffic volume.
No Refunds for Ranking Changes or Performance
- We do not refund because another listing later pays more and outranks your listing.
- We do not refund because your listing receives fewer clicks, leads, sales, or visits than expected.
- We do not refund listings removed for prohibited content, abuse, phishing, malware, impersonation, or illegal activity.
Cancellation Before Delivery
A customer may request cancellation only before the promotional placement is delivered. In normal operation, delivery happens shortly after the payment provider confirms payment, so the cancellation window is very limited.
Billing Error Review
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or technical failure where payment was captured but the leaderboard was not updated, email support@winrankbid.lol with the promoted URL, payment email, approximate payment time, and a short explanation. We will investigate the billing issue with the payment provider. This review process does not create a general right to refund delivered promotional placements.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, the corresponding promotional amount may be removed from the leaderboard and the listing may be hidden while the dispute is reviewed.
