winrankbid is a paid promotional placement service. Customers pay to promote a public website or product link on our leaderboard. Placement is ranked by cumulative verified promotional spend.

1. Service Provided

We provide digital promotional placement on our own website. We do not sell prizes, gambling outcomes, sweepstakes entries, securities, financial products, or third-party goods. Paid placement does not imply endorsement by WinRankBid.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• You must submit a public URL that you own, operate, represent, or are authorized to promote.
• The submitted URL must not contain malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, illegal content, adult content, or prohibited financial/gambling offers.
• You are responsible for ensuring your promoted website complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Payments and Fulfillment

Promotional placement is fulfilled digitally after the payment provider confirms payment. Successful payments add to the promoted listing's cumulative promotional amount. Rankings can change when other listings receive additional verified promotional spend.

4. Payments Are Final After Delivery

Our public payment and cancellation policy is available at /refund. Paid promotional placements are final once the listing is published or updated on the leaderboard. Rankings are dynamic and can change when other listings receive additional verified promotional spend.

5. Removal and Abuse

We may reject, hide, or remove listings that violate these terms, create legal or payment risk, impersonate another party, or harm user safety. If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, the corresponding promotional amount may be removed from the leaderboard.
