Rules

How ranking works

• Promotional amounts are whole US dollars. Every successful payment ADDs to the URL's cumulative promotion — nothing is ever lost, even under concurrent orders.
• To take a higher position, promote enough to exceed the current occupant's cumulative amount. A smaller amount still earns the position it can reach.
• Submit the same normalized URL again to keep adding to that listing. The board records lifetime promotional spend per URL.
• Query strings and tracking parameters are removed from submitted links so the same product cannot claim two rows.

What you can list

• A public product website, project, creator profile, community or X handle.
• No private invite links, chat groups, illegal content, adult content, deceptive redirects or link shorteners.
• Listings must be relevant to the selected category and must not impersonate another project.

After you pay

• Your placement is published only after the payment provider confirms the payment through a signed webhook.
• Clicks open the public destination you submitted. WinRankBid does not rewrite or guarantee that destination.
• Paid placement is not an endorsement. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions or revenue.

Payments are final after delivery

winrankbid sells digital promotional placement on a public leaderboard. Once payment is confirmed and the listing is published or updated, the service is considered delivered and the payment is non-refundable. Rankings are dynamic: later verified promotional payments from other listings may change the order, and that does not create a refund right.

We may review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or technical failures where payment was captured but the leaderboard was not updated. Billing questions can be sent to support@winrankbid.lol. The full payment and cancellation policy is available at /refund.

Safety and disputes

We may reject or remove listings that violate these rules or applicable law. Payment disputes are handled through the payment provider and the published refund policy.
